This is a series of nude "morning" drawings, done with sepia leads, sanguine, brown pencil and chalk on toned pastel paper. The series consists of seven drawings, one for each day of week. The title of the series was inspired by the song "Der Morgen danach" ("The Morning After") by the German gothic band Lacrimosa. The reference photos for the series were taken back in August 2008, but for the numerous reasons (the August War and the consecutive hiatus being part of them) the actual work started only in September 2009.
