Black Coffee

The series were inspired by the actual images seen in coffee grounds. The first black-and-white sketches were done back in 1993, but their color versions began to appear only two years later. Together with Paranoia series, Black Coffee is considered to contain the most Dali-influenced artwork. Some of the original sketches later were gathered into a separate portfolio called Black Coffee with No Sugar, which is also represented on this website.
